Sponsored : SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack

Makeup has never been my strong point, I have always rock the same look over and over again, always more towards the natural look, which occasionally on lazy days mean just a simple swipe of lip gloss or colour lip balm. Lately I'd been making more effort after seeing all these Korean style fresh dewy makeup. But maintaining the look for the whole day does prove to be quite challenging.

So I was super excited when I received an invitation from Natta Cosme to review a Korean product, SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack, a revolutionary lip product that pumps up your lips and last longer than normal lip colour products.

Natta Cosme definitely rocks some girly vibes in this beautiful cutesy card that came along with the products. Sweet & super pinky!

Here's a sneak peek of the products that I'm going to be reviewing.

SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack:

Front : 01 Sexy Pink
Left : 02 Jewelry Pink
Right : 03 Vita Fruits Peach

SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack 01 Sexy Pink

Instructions are as follows:

1. Apply an even coat on the lips (make it thick), be careful not to go over the edge of your natural lip lines.
2. Let it dry for 5-15 minutes and be careful not to rub or smack your lips together.
3. Slowly peel off the lip tattoo from outer to inner edges of the lips. Finish off the look with clear gloss or lip balm.

This product has a hint of floral scent. Overall, it was quite easy to apply, it has a gel, gloss like consistency, if you're worried about uneven application, using a lip brush might be quite useful.

01 Sexy Pink is the deepest shade out of the 3, on my lips it appears to be a deeper shade of pink, which last for quite a while. Even after having my lunch and several coffees later, the colour stays put on my lips, with no leftover lipstick stain on my coffee mugs. It also doesn't feels drying out my lips.

Upon applying this fruity scented product, there was a slight tingling sensation on my lips, it last for a few seconds and doesn't irritate or made my lips uncomfortable. By the time I took a picture, my lips looks plumper and much more fuller. I actually like the plumping effect, it made my small lips looks more pouty.

I rarely wear pink lip gloss and lipstick, as I always though they won't look too flattering on me. Turns out I was wrong, lol, as this turns quite well on my lips, very sweet and natural looking, which makes this perfect for everyday wear.

SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack 03 Vita Fruits Peach

The best smelling scent out of the 3, this smells a lot like ripe peaches. I actually feels like licking it off, but thankfully managed to refrain myself, lolz.

I actually thought this would be the best shade for my lips, as I always wear coral, beige shade lip gloss and lipsticks. But it turns out not quite noticeable on my lips, probably due to my dark pigmented lips. It appears just a small hint of colour and it shows up more on the inner part of my lips.

I was flicking through some magazines and saw a few Korean makeup tutorial, specifically the Ulzzang Style Ombre Gradient Lip.  Well, if I add just a bit more of this on my inner lip, finish it off with a bit of clear gloss, I'll probably be able to nail the look. Hehehe.

Overall I love SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack 02 Jewelry Pink the best. It's the perfect shade of colour that complements my overall natural look.

Every SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack comes free with a mini tube of SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Speed White, a multi functional cream that can be used on face and body for a brighter and fairer look.

I tried it on my hand and it really does lighten up my skin, perfect if you have uneven skintone. As for me, I'll used this on my arms, which are darker than my face and legs.

SKIN FACTORY 7 Seconds Touchfit Liptatoo Pack retails at RM59, but you can get it for RM49 since Natta Cosme is having a sale now.

The Face Shop Raspberry Roots Sleeping Mask

A few years back, I had really bad oily skin, with the occasional pimples that seems to pop out of nowhere. Back then, Korean skincare was still new to me, but I'd been hearing rave reviews on them. Their super cute packaging is another thing that caught my eyes and it doesn't take long before I decided to try out from different types of Korean brands.

The 1st Korean skincare brand that I'd tried is The Face Shop. I'd bought tons of their products as it really works well on my skin. One of my favourite product from them is The Face Shop Raspberry Roots Sleeping Mask

I first tried it in 2012, I'd tried lots of sleeping mask but I kept going back to this. Luckily this time, I didn't need to purchase it as I managed to win myself a bottle from a contest by their FB Fanpage. Lol lucky again.

The Face Shop Raspberry Roots Sleeping Mask ( RM99)

This product comes in 100 ml bottle and has a life shelf of 12 months. 1 bottle last me quite a long time, as I only used it 3 times per week. It's suitable to be used on all skin types.

Texture wise, it's gel like with a watery consistency, feels very light on the skin, a bit like essence and definitely not greasy and thick.

I woke up the next day without the usual oil slick on my face. If you have oily/combination skin, this is a great product for you as it doesn't clogged my skin unlike other sleeping mask that may be a bit thicker and heavier in terms of texture. It leaves my skin looking more radiant and dewy.

Overall, it works well in tightening my pores and keeping it hydrated at the same time. But relying solely on this product won't work 100%, a bit more effort needs to be done, such as exfoliating and using deep cleansing mask for at least once a week. I used to skip exfoliating due to laziness and it does affect the overall performance for this sleeping mask.

So, don't be lazy and never skip any deep cleansing/exfoliating before slathering this on. It actually took more than a month before I start noticing any immediate effects. But by far this is still my fave sleeping mask since 2012 : )

P.S : I love how all the price for The Face Shop products stays consistently the same all over these years, even after the GST implementation. Thumbs up The Face Shop!

Fashion Inspiration - The Devil Wears Prada

Fashionable movie with a great story line has always been the secret recipe in making a memorable film. The Devil Wears Prada which was based on a novel by Lauren Weisberger is one of my favourite in terms of witty script, melodic soundtract, brilliant casts, fashion and it's entire 'to die for' wardrobe.

The main cast, Anne Hathaway is no stranger in having overall beauty/fashion makeover on screen, she is after all the 'once geeky but not anymore' Princess Mia in The Princess Diaries, the one with the long glossy hair with perfectly shaped eyebrows, lolz.  In The Devil Wears Prada, Anne Hathaway's character Andy Sachs undergoes an impressive wardrobe makeover to suit her image as a junior personal assistant to Meryl Streep's Miranda Priestly editor-in-chief of Runway fashion magazine.

The wardrobe makeover was a success, as evident in the reaction of Emily, the senior assistant who's always throwing snarky comments to Andy.

*Memorable Quote :
Serena: What exactly is she wearing?
Emily: Her grandmother's skirt

Never would they have guess Andy Sachs would trumps them all in the wardrobe department. LMAO

Thigh-grazing Chanel boots...Mmmm there is no way this can be worn here unless I'm willing to endure extreme heat for the sake of fashion, lol.

Love the green coat, though I'm not a big fan of animal prints.

An iconic looking milky white coat, looks very comfy too.

Lastly, the Black Evening Dress by John Galliano. I love the lacy sleeve on her dress. With barely there accessories, the whole look appears demure and elegant looking. I also love the black Valentino gown worn by Miranda Priestly, it kinda adds an edge to her overall icy and somewhat villanous personality.

If you haven't seen this, you should, this is a must see movie, lol. The soundtract are awesome too!
